Members! Buyers! Come here to sell, rent, or buy your Canyon Vista Pool Membership! Members can post their memberships “For Sale” or “Rent” in the form below. Once a buyer/renter of your membership is found, the member fills out the Membership Transfer Form or the Rental Agreement Form, the Board validates that membership can be rented or purchased, and then both parties will receive an email when the transfer is processed. This is not an immediate online purchase. It will take time, allow 1-2 weeks for the transfer to occur. All is complete once payment is received. (Note: There is a $100 rental fee paid by renters for the benefit of not having to buy a $450 membership.)
Available Memberships
After a member fills out this form, the board will verify that the membership is in good standing. Then the information will appear in the “Memberships for Sale or Rent” column, and buyers can contact you to arrange purchase.
If there are no memberships for sale or for rent from our members, the pool does have memberships available! Fill out our Waitlist form and we will contact you soon to sell you a new membership.
